1. Round-trip airfare with VIETJET. Free 7kg carry-on baggage.
2. Tour vehicle (16, 29, 35, 45 seats depending on the number of guests) as per the program. 3-star standard hotel accommodation (2 guests/room or 3 guests/room).
3. The entrance fee is included in the program.
4. Breakfast and main meals are included as per the program. 
5. Professional, experienced, and friendly tour guide throughout the trip. Travel insurance with a maximum compensation of VND 30,000,000 per case. Viettourist travel hat + 1 bottle of 500ml mineral water per person per day + wet wipes.

1. Gratuities for local guides and drivers are 250,000 VND per person per tour . 
2. Checked baggage is subject to airline regulations (if applicable).

5. Personal expenses: Meals outside the program, laundry, telephone calls, cancellation/change fees, flight upgrade fees, excess baggage fees, etc. 
6. Costs incurred if the tour is cancelled due to force majeure: In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, epidemics, or delays/cancellations of ships, trains, or airplanes, the company will not be responsible for compensating any additional costs other than refunding the cost of unused services of that tour. 

Under 2 years old: Pay 500,000 VND airport tax and fees; family is responsible for the child's expenses.
From 2-5 years old: Pay 85% of the tour price, with full adult amenities (sharing a bed with parents). From 6 years old and above: Pay 100% of the tour price.

REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT TERMS:

When booking, a 50% deposit is required. Customers can choose to pay in cash, via bank transfer, or by card. 
The remaining balance must be paid 7-10 days before departure (regular tours), or 15-20 days before departure (holiday tours).
